You may begin attending classes at any time.  There is no need to register in advance - just come when you
are ready.   Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so that the teacher will have a few minutes to
meet with you personally.  There is a dressing room at the studio for your convenience.  If you have any
physical problems or health concerns be sure to inform the teacher before class begins.

The studio is fully equipped with mats and props so you do not need to bring anything, however, if you wish to
bring your own yoga mat or blankets, please feel free.  Wear loose clothing such as shorts and a tee shirt,
tights or leotards - no fragrances, please.  Avoid eating an hour or two before class as it is best to practice
