Pre-registration not required. beginners / any skill level welcome to any class. Try different classes: see what works best for you. You may attend any class you wish. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first visit to meet the instructor.
All props / mats are provided. We recommend that you not eat an hour or two prior to class Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
