    "How Yoga Works"  a weekend workshop

    Friday 7:00-10:00pm
    Saturday 1:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00pm
    Sunday noon-4:00pm


Have you ever wondered why you feel so good after a yoga class?  Or why yoga promotes
physical, mental, emotional health?Or why we are attracted to it in the first place?

"How Yoga Works" is a weekend devoted to answering these questions.  A yoga practice has
profound effects deep in our bodies. These effects manifest in our physical body resulting in
stronger, healthier, younger beings.  Participants should expect meditation, yoga, and insight
into the inner workings of our bodies.
Come and see how to change your world from the inside out.

Anyone interested is welcome - beginner through advanced.
To receive the full benefit of the weekend participants should commit to the weekend as classes
will build upon each other.


Cost:  The suggested donation for the weekend is $100 per person.  However, that being stated,
yoga is a blessing to the world and should be accessible to anyone whether they
can afford it or not.  So, come along and we will work out the details later.  Okay?  See you then.
