
| Emily Lauren Burg - RYT 200 Fridays 4:30-5:30pm : Moving Meditation Yoga is described as a moving meditation -- linking body to breath through movement elicits calm and enables inner focus. In Moving Meditation we'll engage in a series of asanas designed to open, relax and restore our bodies, moving towards meditating together in class. Whether you have a sitting meditation practice or have been curious about exploring and experiencing its benefits, all are welcome to this class, where movement will bring us to stillness and awareness through meditation. about Emily Certified in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, Emily has been practicing yoga for 11 years. She has taught cancer patients and survivors, as well as students in good health, mixed-level Hatha classes and Vinyasa flow yoga. Emily also is a meditation teacher and focuses on blending dynamic movement with breath work and meditation. Yoga resume: Summer 2010 Cancer Support Community–West LA Yoga 2 — regular substitute for class for people with cancer and survivors Yoga 2 is a mixed level class where we will continue to practice basic yoga poses to increase flexibility, build strength, and create a balanced body and mind.
