Fridays  4:30-5:30pm : Moving Meditation
Yoga is described as a moving meditation -- linking body to breath through
movement elicits calm and enables inner focus.  In Moving Meditation we'll
engage in a series of asanas designed to open, relax and restore our bodies,
moving towards meditating together in class.  Whether you have a sitting
meditation practice or have been curious about exploring and
experiencing its benefits, all are welcome to this class, where
movement will bring us to stillness and awareness through meditation.
