My primary influence is Iyengar yoga, so my class is structured
around alignment and the way poses are done in the Iyengar
system. I like to follow sequences, or series, that have been created
for a specific issue - such as a series for allergies, stress/anxiety, or
back pain. I'm interested to know what your physical issues may be,
or anything you think would be good for me to know before practice.
My pace is easy going, and if you are not comfortable doing
something, I can give you an alternative. For me, yoga is about
where you are now, self-care, and finding a place to feel grounded
and present.
Sun. 10:30
Join us for a quiet and meaningful practice on Sunday mornings.
Each week we will create a meeting place of gentle asana,
realization of breath, and a topic to contemplate. 10% of class
proceeds each week will be donated to Thistle Farms.
