Abigail Redman  RYT200

Sundays, 11:30 am – 12:45 pm:  Energy Flow
Get charged up for your week with an energetic Vinyasa flow class on Sunday
mornings!  Join Abigail for an invigorating practice that will inspire you in body,
mind, and spirit.  Practice the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of Sun Salutations
(Surya Namaskar) and explore a variety of poses each week including
backbends, inversions, and more.  Be prepared to breathe deeply, sweat a little
(or a lot!), and gain strength, stamina, and flexibility.   Challenge not only your
physical body, but your mind and spirit as well, as you learn the ancient and life-
changing principles of yogic philosophy.  This mixed level class welcomes
students of various levels of experience and yogic background.

Mondays, 5:30-6:45 pm:  Energy Flow
This early evening class focuses on relaxing and re-energizing the body at the
end of the day. Students will practice a variety of poses designed to promote
strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm. This class synthesizes a
moderately paced Vinyasa flow (coordinating movement with the breath) with
an emphasis on proper alignment, making the class accessible to students of
all levels. Finally, a guided Savasana (relaxation) at the end of the class will
leave you refreshed and ready for your next challenge!

Wednesdays and Fridays, 12-12:45 pm:  Energy Flow
Do you often feel sluggish after your lunch hour or do you work through lunch at
a hectic pace? A yoga lunch break may be the perfect way for you to re-energize!
Lunchtime “Energy Flow” is an invigorating, 45 minute practice designed to
improve strength, flexibility, and stamina by blending Vinyasa flow with longer
posture holds. By coordinating movements with the breath, transitions between
poses can be done properly and with ease, while longer holds can be achieved
safely and effectively. Try this affordable and convenient class with Abigail, and
see if it makes a difference in your day!
